Happy New Year everyone! I hope that you were able to bring in the new year by attending a show or a festival. If you stayed at home or attended a house party instead, I hope it was accompanied by some of your favorite tracks. Sundays are going to be awesome this year! Do you have any resolutions for the new year? Here's what I think about New Years Resolutions:

This week's Lazy Sundays features Fedde Le Grand's BPM set from this weekend, a classic Sasha & John Digweed live set, Bryan Kearney's EOYC set from 2013, music from Bassnectar, Nicole Moudaber, Victor Calderone, Old School Fire, and more. Let's go!

Victor Calderone & Nicole Moudaber - The Journey Begins (Original Mix)

You really couldn't ask for a better track to set the mood for 2014 than this techno monster of a track from Victor and Nicole.

"The journey begins, It doesn't end, Just you and me, Together we ride, As we become one, How far will we go, As we become one, THE JOURNEY BEGINS, IT DOESN'T END."

Dominant. Powerful. Consuming.

Mike Vale & Groovebox - Money Talks (Original Mix)

Groovebox has been growing on me lately. The tech house up-and-comer from Spain just flat out jams. You may know him best for 'Cause and Effect', his collaboration with UMEK. I am not currently well-versed on Mike Vale yet, but his work with 1605 will entice me to pay attention. The vocal samples used in 'Money Talks' are just straight up boss. The enthusiasm that these two bring to the table regularly shines through in this collaboration. I would like to see more from these two in 2014...mainly a b2b set.

Old School Fire: Led Zeppelin - Fool In The Rain

There's not a whole lot that needs to be said here, but 'Fool In The Rain' would have to be my favorite Led Zeppelin track.  You can never go wrong with setting aside at least a half hour each week to put on some Led Zeppelin.

Fedde Le Grand - Live @ Where We Belong, Blue Parrot (BPM Festival 2014, Playa Del Carmen) [FREE DOWNLOAD]

It is always nice to see Fedde Le Grand spin sets with more focus on tech house and deep house grooves. But, his BPM set from this weekend is superb. It's just not real life. Tune in and tell me that I'm wrong.

SKisM - Elixir (Original Mix)

Out of this world. That's what SKisM sounds like. Can you think of a better adjective to describe his production?

Bryan Kearney - EOYC 2013 [FREE DOWNLOAD]

Where are my Team 140 fans at?Kearney had arguably the best EOYC set in 2012, and he stayed on par with this year's EOYC set. Stay the course on this one, from start to finish.

wAFF - Ibiza (Original Mix)

After that dubstep asteroid and that 140 bpm hurricane, it's time to bring it back down with an Ibiza hailstorm of summer memories that only tech house can describe.

Sasha & John Digweed - Live @ Renaissance - 09.05.2004 - Classic [FREE DOWNLOAD]

Sasha & John Digweed live sets from 2004 should be added to any music connoisseur's library. These two progressive pioneers impose an expert level of technical skill EACH and EVERY TIME they step to the decks. Enjoy this one. I know I did.

Bassnectar - Boomerang (Original Mix)

It might come as a surprise to you, but I was a massive Bassnectar fan for a while. I have a tremendous amount of respect for Lorin and his views towards the industry. He handles himself properly, and truly deserves the cult-like following that he has established over the years. His live performances are just something that you have to see and hear for yourself to understand, but you probably already know that. Get lost in 'Boomerang'.

Old School Fire: Montell Jordan - This Is How We Do It

I'm convinced that everyone who goes out on a Friday night either pregames to this on full-volume or prays that they hear it in any bar or club that they post up at that night. There's an 85-90% chance that they will. It's happened to me at least.   I hope you had a great time listening to Lazy Sundays this week. I'll catch up with you next weekend. Later on friends.
